WHAT DO WE WEAR?
Avoid jeans if possible
Wear comfortable clothes suitable for a physical activity to wear in the kayak.
Please bring a rain jacket and a fleece/sweater on colder days.
Wear trainers/crocs or similar in the kayak - shoes must be soft soled and avoid open toe shoes/slip off shoes and flip flops.
We also recommend fingerless gloves - e.g. as worn by cyclists.
Waists should be covered and long hair should be tied back.
Please remove or tape over body piercings for comfort and any open wounds or cuts should be covered with waterproof plasters.

Hampton Court Lunchtime Tours
Hampton Court is the highlight. From the river you'll see the riding school, the Royal Mews and those iconic glittering gold gates that lead the way to Hampton Palace, built for Cardinal Wolsey, but then taken back by King Henry VIII and extended. Sit back and paddle and enter the Royal spirit from your own private seat! A chatty guided history will be given about the famous location & surrounding area from your British Canoe Union Instructor.
The Hampton Court Kayak Lunchtime Tour lasts 2 hours paddling from 12.30 and finishing at 2.30pm. You will then have the option of heading to the Pub for lunch. The Tour starts at 12.30 and finishes at 2.30pm. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED. A superb lunch is offered by the Pub, "Ye Olde Swan" in Thames Ditton, KT 7 0QQ and they will always reserve a table for us!

During the 90 minutes on the water you'll see Molesey Locks and weirs, Taggs Island, Terrace Gardens, Ash Island and the famous Temple on Garrick Island honouring William Shakespeare

Regents Canal Tour with bubbly and Tuition
Kayak Regents Canal in the hear of the City of London and enjoy a fun and exciting experience.
You will be guided by our expert Instructor who will give you all the help you need whilst enabling you quality time with your friends.
The bubbly will be served by our Instructor where you can toast the River God, Poseidon! This is a great Tour introducing you to kayaking.
