Booking FAQs

• All bookings are non-refundable. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your booked tour. All Tours go ahead promptly. No refunds given for late arrivals.
• I am nervous about paying online
  Online payments are processed by world pay, a secure payment gateway. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Our management system and database that stores your personal information is built on a highly secure system with regular security updates.
• How secure is the website?
  Online payments are processed by a payment gateway and we do not store any of your personal information as it is built on a highly secure system.
• What booking information will I receive?
  When you have placed your booking you will receive a booking confirmation. The email will also contain your booking reference number.The email will detail the Tour you have booked and details of the participant(s) attending. Please ensure you retain this email and bring it with you on the day of your Tour.
• Weather: Our Tours operate in most weather conditions.
  Tours do not go ahead in strong winds, heavy rain or lightening.

  110kgs / 17 stone / 240lbs
• What is the maximum height?
  2 metres in height.
• What credit cards do you accept?
  We accept all major credit cards, mastercard, visa, maestro. See our list when you book.
